If you were not at fault in an accident, the at-fault driver's insurer is legally required to cover the cost of your replacement vehicle. You never see a bill. Your own insurance is not affected. We deal directly with the at-fault insurer on your behalf — you simply drive.

We review the details
Our team checks the accident information, confirms liability details and explains what happens next.

We arrange your vehicle
Once confirmed, we organise a suitable replacement vehicle and arrange delivery to your location.

We handle the claim
You carry on with your day while we manage the paperwork and communication with the insurer. We recover eligible hire costs from the at-fault party’s insurer.
All eligible hire costs are recovered from the at-fault party's insurer — you pay nothing.
